Provision of a continuous supply of cane to our factories during the crushing season is critical to our raw sugar production.
Influencing this supply are the operational factors of cane harvesting and transport coupled with the vagaries of climate. The other important influence is our farmers' access to sugar cane varieties best suited to the Central Region.
